Jamie Leasure

Jamie Leasure (nee Munsey), 69, of Jackson, died December 25, 2021 , after a lengthy illness. She was born September 28, 1952 in Baltimore, MA and had been a Jackson, Kentucky resident for the past 5 years moving from Lorain . She worked as a Dispatcher for Vermilion Police Department for 30 years and ran Safety Town. She liked to travel, gamble and to do crafts. She is survived by her spouse, Mark Leasure of Jackson, KY, daughters, Regina (David) Branchen of Amherst, OH, and Angela (Dennis) Harris of Chatham, OH, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, many loved nieces and nephews, sister Treia Munsey, brothers, Gil Munsey, and Guy Munsey. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hattie (nee Hankins) Munsey, grandson, Dennis "Denny" Harris, sister, Michelle Munsey. The family will receive friends on Satruday, March 26, 2022 from 2-4 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. The family suggests memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
