Marcella M. Fisher

Marcella M. Fisher (nee Rahrig), 85 of Sheffield Lake, died Monday, May 3, 2010 in Community Health Partners following a lengthy illness. She was born April 26, 1925 in Elyria and lived in Sheffield Lake for the past 5 years, moving from Vermilion. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her birds and reading. Survivors include her daughters, Maria Shuster of Sheffield Lake, Candace Litten of Sheffield Lake, Sherill Novak of Lorain and Robin Slagle of Lorain; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Beatrice Christian of Elyria, Mildred Boyd of Oklahoma and Olivia Hollis of California. She was preceded-in-death by her parents, Peter and Theresa (nee Klingshirn) Rahrig, brothers, George Rahrig and Otto Rahrig and sisters, Josephine Meo, Florence Hintz and Rose Simon. Per Marcella's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home, 1939 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain.
