Rachell A. Benczi

Rachell A. Benczi, 57, of Lorain, made her journey into heaven on Thursday, March 26, 2020 after a long fight with lung/bone Metastatic cancer. She was born April 10, 1962 in Lorain where she had been a life long resident. Rachell graduated from Admiral King High School class of 1980 and was a retired Supervisor in Manufacturing. She enjoyed riding her Harley, traveling, fishing, swimming, and being a Browns fan. Her memory is left to be cherished by her wife of 26 years, Lorlei Broeckel-Benczi of Lorain; step daughter, Kristen Broeckel of Vermilion; grandson, Kaleb Broeckel; parents, Jacqueline (nee Siegel) and Kenneth Breastovansky of Lorain; brothers, Keith Benczi of FL, Alan Belfiore of KY, and Shawn Kempton of IN; sister, Carol Scheiman of OH; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Garol "Gary" Benczi; maternal grandparents, George and Shirley Siegel and paternal grandparents, Paul and Mabel (nee Barlow) Benczi. A memorial service will be announced at a later date, once family and friends can safely gather to celebrate Rachell's life with a beer.
