Richard Louis Cicco

Richard Louis Cicco, 54, of Bellevue, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at his mother's home unexpectedly. He was born April 21, 1965 in Oberlin and had been a Vermilion resident for a short time moving from Bellevue where he had resided for 21 years. Richard had worked as a Paramedic for 10 years. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Barbara Cicco of Vermilion; son, Richard Anthony Cicco of Maumee, daughter, Faith Margaret Cicco Callahan of Castalia; mother, Gayle (nee Hampton) Cicco of Vermilion; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Dawn) Cicco of Deltona, FL; and Brian Cicco. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Cicco. Private family services will be held with burial at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
