Anthony F. Konsevick, 86, of Vermilion, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at Elmcroft of Lorain. Anthony was born June 6, 1930 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain resident. He was a veteran of the Navy and served in the Korean War. He retired from Nelson Stud in Lorain as a machinist and also served as a Union Steward. He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing, hunting, golfing, and gardening. He followed Cleveland sports teams, the Cleveland Indians were his favorite. He was a lifetime member of the AMVETS Post 22 of Vermilion and the VFW Post 45 of Lorain. He is survived by his brother, Walter (Helen) Konsevick of Barberton; niece, Cynthia (Gary) Baker of Vermilion; nephew, Brian (Becky) Paskvan of Bowling Green; and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois (nee Erdy) Konsevick; his parents, Walter and Anna (nee Loder) Konsevick; and sister Irene Paskvan. At the family's request, all services will be private.
