Arlene Hoffman-Ellsworth-Belknap-Kinsey (nee Sprowls), 75, of Vermilion, died Friday, February 14, 2020 at The Cleveland Clinc, Avon after a sudden illness. She was born September 22, 1944 in Waynesburg, PA and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 46 years moving from Cleveland. Arlene owned and operated Mr. Max Corp. which involved several businesses including rentals, construction, bakery, and a restaurant. She had attended Lakeview Baptist Church, Vermilion and enjoyed quilting and riding motorcycles. She had been a member of the Motor Maids Motorcycle Club for over 30 years. She is survived by her husband of two years, Harlan "Bob" Kinsey; sons, Wayne T. Hoffman of Vermilion and Perry Charles Hoffman of Corpus Christi, TX; daughter, Darlene Rae Martincak of Vermilion; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Allen Hoffman in 1967; second husband, Marvin Ellsworth in 2002; third husband, Wallace Belknap; parents, Charles and Harvada (nee Shrontz) Sprowls; brothers, Theryln, Jimmy, Gayman and Russell Sprowls; sister, Emogene Mourino; and her son-in-law, David Martincak. The family will receive friends on Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The Reverend Cliff Morris will officiate.
