Arthur Gene Velasquez, 69, of Elyria, died Friday, December 4, 2020. He is survived by his significant other, Michelle Burden of Elyria; 4 children; and his siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eudaldo and Mary (nee Pena) Velasquez. Cremation will take place at Riddle Funeral Home, Vermilion.
