Beryl M Wiencke

Beryl M. Wiencke (nee Bachman),94, formerly of Vermilion township, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at Admirals Pointe Nursing Home, Huron, after a lengthy illness. Born September 15, 1916 in Vermiion Township, she had lived her whole life in Vermilion before moving to the nursing home. Beryl worked as a cook for the Vermilion School System. She was a member of Harbourtown Community Church, the Vermilion Golden Agers and enjoyed traveling. Survivors include her daughters, Norma Jean Fitzgerald, SaddleBrooke, AZ, and Martha Wiencke, Las Vegas, NV; 4 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and her loving family at Admiral's Pointe. . She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Hattie (nee Mason) Bachman. her husband, Vincent , 1983 and a son, Vince, 1976 and a daughter, Phyllis Price, Nov. 27, 2006. Inurnment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion. A memorial service will be held at a date to be announced.
