Beverly Johnson

Beverly Johnson (nee Durst), 66, of Vermilion, died Friday, December 8, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice after a lengthy illness. She was born November 26, 1951 in Parkersburg, WV and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 25 years moving from Cleveland. Beverly had worked in the Bakery Department for Giant Eagle when she lived in Cleveland. She enjoyed reading, cooking, traveling, fishing, and helping others. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Robert "Bob" Johnson of Vermilion; sons, Christopher (Kristen ) Rivera of Elyria and Aaron Johnson of Vermilion; grandchildren: Andrew and Anthony Rivera and Cody Young; and her brother, Frank Roberts of GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklyn and Alma Durst and her daughter, Lindsey Nicole Johnson in 2014. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 2-6 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio.
