Carol Jean Fischer

Carol Jean Fisher (nee Jaeger), 89, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Fairview Hospital after a lengthy illness. Carol was born July 3, 1925 in Olmsted Falls. She spent her childhood in Salem, OH and graduated from Salem High School. She had been a Vermilion resident for the past 19 years moving from Olmsted Falls. She was a member of the Women's Jr. League Club, Order of the Eastern Star, Olmsted Falls, and a past member of the Olmsted Falls Community Church. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Edward Fisher of Vermilion; son, Edward (Mary) Fisher of Vermilion; daughter, Suzanne Fisher of Olmsted Falls; grandchildren: Lisa, Cara, Brooke, Maura, and Neal; 7 great grandchildren, and sister, Margaret Barber. She was preceded in death by her parents, parents, David Gaul and Charlotte (nee Baker) Jaeger and a daughter, Bonnie Fisher.
