Carol Ann Moyer

Carol Ann Moyer (nee Sargent), 75, of Vermilion, died Monday, October 6, 2014 at Ames Family Hospice House, Westlake after a lengthy illness. Carol was born February 1, 1939 in Akron, and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 27 years moving from Cleveland. She worked for National Associates, Inc as an actuary starting in 1986. Carol was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vermilion and enjoyed knitting. She is survived by her daughter, Michele Gaw of Strongsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Bruce Moyer; parents, Wilbert and Clara (nee Huth) Sargent; and son-in-law, Richard Gaw. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 10:30 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, 731 Exchange Street, Vermilion, with the Reverend Ron Brickner officiating.
