Carol E. Ness

Carol E. Ness (nee Andersen), 79, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Mill Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was born April 23, 1939 in Cleveland and had spent most of her life in Vermilion and Olmsted Falls. Carol graduated from Miami University and had a passion for breeding, raising, and showing Afghan Hounds. She also enjoyed horses and playing the violin. She is survived by her son, Eric (Kim Suchan) Ness of Vermilion and daughter, Robin (Ernie) Punsalan of Sandusky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Gail (nee Hunt) Andersen. Private family services will be held. The family would like to thank the staff at Mill Manor Nursing home for the exceptional care and love they gave their mother.
