Cory J Hammack

Cory J. Hammack, 20, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, February 3, 2016 after a sudden illness. He was born December 21, 1995 in Elyria, and has been a life long Vermilion resident. Cory worked various jobs in the construction industry. He enjoyed fishing, camping, swimming, playing video games, and loved listening to music. He is survived by his mother, Latisha (nee Hammack) Hassinger of Akron, father, Aaron Stavole of Vermilion; fiancée, Cierra Arnett; soon to be daughter, Paighton Rose Hammack; brothers Trevor Dewitt and Noah Hassinger; sister, Emma Stavole; paternal grandparents, Mark and Pam Stavole of Vermilion; maternal grandparents, Sharon Earls of WV and Raymond Hammack of Oberlin; aunts, Angela Yeaples and Samantha Ross; uncle, Christopher Hammack; and cousins, Kayleigh Fair, Alicia Fair, Brooklynne Mudrick, Michael Mudrick, Nicholas Ross, Brady Tomkins, Quinn Tomkins and many friends.
