Cynthia Sue Ragnoni

Cynthia Sue Ragnoni (née Herring), 68, of Vermilion, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

She was born December 12, 1957, in Amherst, Ohio, and spent her youth in Sheffield Township. Cynthia had been a Vermilion resident for the past 34 years, where she built a life centered on family, and community.

Cynthia graduated a year early from Clearview High School as a junior in 1975. Over the years, she held various positions, but she was best known for her work as a real estate agent for over 20 years. That career beautifully blended her love of homes, her desire to help others, and her entrepreneurial spirit.

Above all else, Cynthia cherished her family. Spending time with her children and grandchildren brought her the greatest joy, and family was truly her everything. She will be remembered for her enormous heart, her selfless devotion to those she loved, and her whimsical sense of humor that brought warmth and laughter to every room.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Mike Ragnoni Sr. of Vermilion; her children, Mike (Kathryn) Ragnoni Jr. of Norwalk and Brittnay Ragnoni of Elyria; and her grandchildren, Michael, Brady, Mason, Evan, and Gionni Ragnoni, whom she cherished beyond measure. She is also survived by her brothers, Calvin C. (Lannie) Herring Jr. of Wakeman, Danny (Ronni) Herring of Lorain, and Randy Herring of Lorain; her sister, Jill (Keith) Eaton of Amherst; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Alice (née Markel) Herring; her brothers, Jerry and Mark Herring; and her sister, Debbie J. Herring.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio, to celebrate a life well lived.
