Daniel W. Ware, 58, of Vermilion, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
He was born August 20, 1967, in Elyria and had made Vermilion his home for the past six years after moving from Elyria.
Daniel was a self-employed electrician who took great pride in his work. His dedication to his craft not only earned him the respect of his customers but also created many lasting friendships throughout the years.
Daniel was known for his outgoing personality, creativity, and love of working with his hands. He enjoyed socializing with family and friends, spending time in the garage, and constantly tinkering with projects. Some of his favorite moments were helping his children and grandchildren with their school projects, always eager to lend a hand, share an idea, or teach something new.
He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Holly (nee Nimrichter) Ware; his “sister wife,” Carrie Aicone; daughters, Danielle (Justin) Wetherbee and Taylor (Damian) Paramore; grandchildren, Andre, Jayden, Layla, Cameron, Rilee, and Saige; and sisters, Shelly Ware and Kim Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Betty (nee Vonya) Ware; and his sister, Terri Ware.
A Celebration of Daniel’s Life will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at Chris's Place, 515 Clark Street, Elyria OH 44035.
