David C. Willing

David C. Willing, 74, of Vermilion, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice after a brief illness. David was born January 22, 1942 in Cleveland. He had been a Vermilion resident for the past 22 years moving from Avon. He worked for Ford Motor Company as a relief man for Group 3 for 30 years retiring in 1995. He enjoyed repairing and restoring antique furniture and spending his winters in Texas. He is survived by his sons, Edward Willing of Elyria, and John Willing of FL; grandson, John Willing, Jr of TX; brother, Charles Willing of TX; sisters, Charlotte (David) Jamecek of TX and Jean (Ted) Busch of Cleveland; and long time friend, Larry (Judy) Foster of Vermilion.
