Deborah M. Klein

Deborah M. Klein (nee Burke), 65, of Norwalk, died Monday, December 19, 2022 at her home after a lengthy illness.

She was born October 31, 1957 in Lakewood, OH and had been a Norwalk resident for the past four years moving from Vermilion.

Deborah worked for Invacare Corporation, Elyria as a seamstress for over 25 years retiring in 2014.

She was a member of the Church of the Open Door, Vermilion Campus and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and walking her dogs.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert W. Klein of Norwalk; son, Robert S. Klein of Lorain; daughter, Melanie M (Tom) Reip of Elyria; brother, Richard (Dennel) Burke of Rootstown; sisters, Cathy Marker of Lorain and Laura Marker of Elyria.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Marilyn Simonis and her step-father, David Marker.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022 from 3-7 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio.  Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 23, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor John Jacobs will officiate. Private inurnment will take place at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
