Donald LeRoy Denger, Jr. 69, of Lorain, died Monday, May 8, 2023 at his home after a brief illness.
He was born September 15, 1953 in Amherst, OH and had been a Lorain resident for the past 15 years moving from Columbus.
He graduated from Vermilion High School in 1972. He worked many jobs including construction and at a print shop. He was a member of AMVETS Post #22. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.
He is survived by his twin sister, Debra Kerchinske of Somerset, KY; and nephew, Daren (Rosalie) Kerchinske of Seattle, WA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald LeRoy Sr. and Frieda Mae (nee Werner) Denger; an infant brother and brother in law, Arthur A. Kerchinske.
Private services will be held.
The family suggests memorial contributions to AMVETS Post # 22 1517 North St Rt 60, Vermilion, OH 44089 .
