Douglas R. Francis

Douglas R. Francis, age 66, of Milan, died suddenly Monday, May 19, 2003 at his home. He was born on September 15, 1936 in Vermilion, Ohio, and had lived in Vermilion and Milan. He worked as a construction worker and was a self employed farmer. He enjoyed gardening, farming, fishing and wildlife. He also raised geese. Survivors include a great aunt. Preceding him in death were his parents, Joseph Vincent and Margaret A. (nee Thompson) Francis. Graveside services will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery, Monday, June 2, 2003, at 11 a.m.
