Edna Mae Wolf (nee Loken), 82, of Vermilion, died Thursday, November 6, 2008 at her home after a 1 month illness. She was born September 8, 1926 in Lorain, graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and lived most of her life in Vermilion. She owned and operated Ednamae's Ice Cream Parlor in Vermilion. She recently worked at Martino's International Cafe. She had also worked at Golden Acres Nursing Home in Amherst, the Sandusky Senior Center, and had been Postmaster of Beulah Beach. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Altar Rosary Society and Catholic Ladies of Columbia. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed crocheting, candy making, cake decorating, traveling, baking and crafts. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Clarence Wolf; sons, Michael (Connie) Wolf of Lorain, James (Jan) Wolf of Vermilion, Robert (Cindy) Wolf of McKinney, TX; daughters, Mary Jane (Garth) Grob of Vermilion, Mary ( Don) Vondersmith of Columbus, Mary Jo Girard of Birmingham; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, Henry Arnold and Valeria "Tom" (nee Farrell) Loken, son, Johnny Wolf, and brother, Arnold "Jack" Loken. Friends may call Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Paul Michael Thayer will officiate. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion. Memorial contributions may be made to Father Flanagan's Boys Town, 300 Flanagan Blvd, P.O.
