Edward John Kukucka

Edward John Kukucka, 65, of Wakeman, died Sunday, April 10, 2022 at his home after a sudden illness. He was born December 24, 1956 in Elyria, OH and had been a Wakeman resident for the past 54 years moving from Avon. Edward worked for Ford Motor Co., Lorain retiring after 25 years. He enjoyed gardening, tinkering on Farmall Tractors, and spending time with his dogs and cats. He is survived by his sisters, Arlene Post of Norwalk and Karen (Glenn) Johnson of Lodi; brother-in-law, Dale Jackson of Wakeman; and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn Johnson, Emily Johnson, Will Jackson, and Teresa Jackson. He was preceded in death by his parents, John A.and Clarabelle T. (nee Thome) Kukucka and his sister, Louise A. Jackson. Prayers will be said at the funeral home on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Catholic Church, 731 Exchange Street, Vermilion ,OH 44089.
