Ella Louise Weis (nee Walker ), 95, of Vermilion, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015 at Kingston of Vermilion after a brief illness. She was born September 9, 1920 in Wayne, WV and had been a life long Vermilion resident. Ella worked for Vermilion Schools as a Bus Driver for 16 years retiring in 1975. She was a member of the Amvets Post #22 Auxiliary, Vermilion, and enjoyed traveling. She is survived by her sons, William (Cheva) Tanner of Vermilion, Larry (Tammy) McGee of Berlin Heights; daughters, Shirley Massie of Vermilion, Barbara Tanner of Houston, TX, Janice Paskvan of Gaithersburg, MD, and Linda Bishop of Sheffield Lake; 26 grandchildren, many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Elizabeth (nee Clark) Walker; son, Donald Tanner; grandson, Brian Bishop; granddaughter, Katie Bishop; and sister, Helen Marie Vaughn. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 from 5:00 pm until the time of the service at 7:00 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, OH.
