Frank J. Higgins

Frank J. Higgins, 75, of Vermilion, died Thursday, September 12, 2013 at his home in Vermilion. Frank was born August 26, 1938 in Lorain. He had been a Vermilion resident most of his adult life moving from Lorain. He was a retired carpenter and enjoyed his friends at Vermilion Country Club. He is survived by his daughter, Lee (Gary) Clinton of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Elizabeth Horner of Victor, Montana; and grandchildren, Taylor and Kylee Clinton and Anthony and Shane Higgins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank A. and Helen (nee Broadfoot) Higgins, and a son, John Higgins. Services are private.
