George Houdeshell

George L. Houdeshell, 65 of Lorain, died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at his home after a short illness. He was born July 28, 1941 in Buffalo, NY and has been a Lorain resident for the past 30 years. He enjoyed watching tv and old movies, and working on puzzles. Survivors include his mother, Beatrice Houdeshell (nee Burton) of Lorain, 3 brothers: Joseph Houdeshell Jr. of Amherst, James Houdeshell of Salix, PA, and Richard Houdeshell Sr. of Lorain; 3 sister: Janet Deweese of Glen Morgan, WV, Beatrice Vivian Cyrus of Lorain, and Martha Pollard of Turtle Creek, PA and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his father Joseph Houdeshell Sr. in 1994 Friends may call Monday Nov. 13, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Services will be held Tuesday Nov. 14, 2006 at 10:00 am at the Funeral Home. The Reverend Louis Bertoni will be the officiant. Interment will follow in Birmingham Cemetery.
