Glenda K. Sullivan (neeWalthour), 59, of Huron, died Sunday, August 23, 2015 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born December 10, 1955 in Grove City, PA, and had been a Huron resident for the past 15 years moving from North Olmsted. Glenda worked for Angelica Health Care as a manager of heath care services for University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. She was a past officer with A Special Wish Foundation and enjoyed tending to her Alpaca farm. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Kevin Sullivan; sons, Mark (Lorie) Kmitt of Sheffield Lake and Sean (Mandy) Kmitt of Parma; step-sons, Matthew (Rebecca) Sullivan and Bryan Sullivan; 6 grandchildren; brother, Robert Walthour of Elyria; and sisters, Marcia Allen of Lorain, Barb Skaggs of Sheffield Lake, and Cindy Bansek of Berlin Heights. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Norma (nee Reedy) Walthour. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Aug.25, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street,Vermilion, OH. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. The Reverend Rob Patton will officiate. Interment will follow at Peaks Cemetery, Berlin Township.
