Greg M Peters

Gregory M. Peters, age 61, of Vermilion, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 10, 2015 at his residence. Greg was born September 28, 1953 in Gallipolis, OH and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 35 years. He graduated from Lorain High School in 1971. Greg was a journeyman printer and had been employed by Perlmuter Printing in Cleveland and Lorain Printing. Greg was an artist and a metal smith designing jewelry and belt buckles. He was also an automotive enthusiast. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his granddaughters. He is survived by daughter Jillian (Andrew) Dellisanti of Elyria; granddaughters Cadence and Harper Dellisanti; son Drew Peters of Cleveland; parents Rev. Raymond and Elinor Peters of Key West, FL; sister Gloria Peters of Concord, NC; brother Joel (Deborah) Peters of Key West, Fl. and his sons Toby, Josh, and Corey. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 13th from 5-7 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South St. Vermilion. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 16th in Key West. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Ritter Public Library 5680 Liberty Ave., Vermilion, OH 44089 where Greg was an avid reader and art show participant.
