Helen M. Parker

Helen M. Parker, 93 of Lorain, died Tuesday, June 27, 2006 in Community Health Partners in Lorain following a lengthy illness. She was born April 20, 1913 in Lorain and has been a resident most of her life. She worked as a clerk in the pipe mill at the National Tube Company in Lorain for 30 years. She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Lorain. Survivors include a brother, Jerry Kowalewski of Lorain; 1 grandson. Preceding her in death were her 1st husband, Chris Angelos, 2nd husband, Alvie Parker, son, Jerry Angelos and parents, Frank and Julia (nee Kisielewski) Kowalewski. Friends may call Friday, June 30, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home, 1939 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain, Ohio. Closing prayers will be said at the funeral home at 9:30 am on Saturday, July 1, 2006 followed by a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 418 W. 15th Street, Lorain. The Reverend Robert J. Glepko, pastory, will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
