Ina Hall (nee Brooks), 81, of Birmingham, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Mercy Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born July 23, 1940 in Diana, WV and had been a Birmingham resident for the past 55 years. Ina ran an in home day care for 14 years called "Ina Day Care". She was a member of Firelands Metro Baptist Church. She also taught Sunday School for many years, Vacation Bible School, and worked with the missions. She enjoyed crocheting, cross stitch, embroidery, sewing, and jigsaw puzzles. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Manges of Birmingham; son, Charles Hall of Huron; grandchildren, Dea Wells, Misti Manges, Douglas Manges, Chaz Hall, Timmy Hall, Michael Harness, and Charles Showman; great-great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Izeck, Samantha, Ryien, Kora, and Alan; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ina (nee Anderson) Brooks; son, Melvin "Chip" Hall; her siblings; and her great grandson, Keegan Manges. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 7, 2022, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Funeral services will be Monday, February 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM The Reverend Pastor Mike Sartor will officiate. Private interment will be held at Birmingham Cemetery, Wakeman.
