Jane Brewer

Jane M. Brewer, 57 of Elyria, died Friday, June 20, 2003 at Community Health Partners, Lorain, after a 2 1/2 year illness She was born August 30, 1945 in Cairo, Egypt, while her father was serving in the armed forces. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, Lorain and attended the First Baptist Church of Shefield Lake. She enjoyed flower gardening, crafts, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed being with grandchildren Survivors include sons, Joseph Brewer of Lakeville, OH, David Milan of Grindstone, PA; daughters, Faith Brewer of Elyria, and Linda Meeks of Brownsville, PA; 7 Grandchildren ; her mother, Lillian Brewer of Uniontown, PA; sisters, Sylvia Hickey of Uniontown, PA and Judy Knox of Republic, PA; brothers, John Milan of Lorain, Eddie Milan of New Salem, PA Richard Milan of Grindstone, PA and Tommy Milan of Uniontown, PA; several neices and nephews and a special friend, Marvin Reynolds of Elyria, OH. Preceding her in death were her father, John Milan and her , husband, Josiah Brewer II, 1987. Friends may call 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2003 at the Dombrowski-Volak-Riddle, 1939 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain, Ohio. Services will be held at the Dombrowski-Volak-Riddle Funeral Home, Tuesday, June 24, 2003 at 11 a.m. The Reverend Greg Vardell, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Sheffield Lake, will officiate. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
