Jean Marie Jansheski

Jean Marie Jansheski (nee Prindle), 85, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Mill Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. Jean was born December 17, 1925 in Cleveland, lived most of her life in Elyria and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 9 years. Jean worked for Bendix Westinghouse, Elyria, as a machine operator retiring in 1979. She attended the Abundant Life Christian Center, Elyria, and loved animals, especially birds and dogs. She is survived by her 2 sisters; Florence June Gigliotti of Avon and Mary Buckholz of Vermilion and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clark Jansheski, 1993, and her parents, William A. and Marion E. (nee Wheeler) Prindle. Graveside services will be held at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst on Friday, Sept. 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. Jean's nephew, Ross Buckholz, will officiate. Arrangements are entrusted to Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Abundant Life Christian Center, 306 Morgan Ave. Elyria, Ohio 44035.
