Jeffry Allen Fischer

Jeffry Allen Fischer, 63, of Elyria, died Sunday, May 14, 2017 at his home after a short illness. He was born October 25, 1953 in Lorain and had been a Elyria resident for over 25 years. Jeff was a veteran of the US Navy and had worked as a custodian for several school districts. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years. He is survived by his brother, William Fischer of Louisville, KY and his sister, Lori Sofranko of Louisville, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert "Hansie" and Anna (nee Walker) Fischer and his brother, Russell Fischer. Private services were held with inurnment at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
