Joan Lillian Pine

Joan Lillian Pine (nee Myers), 91, of Vermilion Township, passed away, Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

She was born November 21, 1933 in Vermilion, OH and had been a life long resident of Vermilion Township.

Joan found great joy in gardening, sewing, traveling, working on antique cars and going to car shows with her husband. She especially cherished time spent with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Donald Pine; son, Donald (Darlene) Pine, Jr. daughters, Susan (Robert Lengyel) Thompson, Donna (Russell) Molnar, Linda (Richard) Martin, Beverly (Terry) Pierce and Kathryn (David) Bretzman; 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Thelma (nee Reising) Myers; her grandson, John Rhoades. sisters, Evelyn Myers and Pat Farley and a brother, Kenneth Myers.

The family will receive friends on Friday October 24, 2025 from 10 until the time of the funeral service at 11 am at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Pastor John Brandt will officiate. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
