Joanne Piper Fletcher, 86, of Vermilion, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at her home. JoAnne was born October 25, 1926 in Mansfield, OH. She lived in Mansfield until the mid 1990's when she moved to Mesa, Arizona. She moved back to Ohio in 2010 to be with her family. She worked as a billing supervisor for Ohio Brass Co. in Mansfield. She was a member of Victory Lutheran Church in Mesa, Arizona. She enjoyed playing bridge, and collecting antique salt dips. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Brumenschenkel of Vermilion;, step children, Timothy (Shirley) Fletcher of Keller, TX, Terry (Suzanne) Fletcher of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Tammy (John) Reading of Anchorage, Alaska; niece, Lynn Smith of Vermilion, and nephews, John (Carolyn) Brumenschenkel of Vermilion, Michael (Ann) Brumenschenkel of Amherst, and Scott (Jessica) Brumenschenkel of Lisbon, NH. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Norris; her second husband , Jack Fletcher and her son , James Norris. Burial will be in Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park in Mesa, Arizona.
