Judy L. Kirby

Judy L. Kirby (nee Frantz), 77, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Mercy New Life Hospice after a lengthy illness.　 She was born March 11, 1941 in Evansville, IN and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 7 years moving from Lorain.　 Judy was a member of the AMVETS Post #22 and enjoyed visiting with friends and family, dinning out, and traveling.　 She is survived by her companion of 35 years, Juan R. Torrens of Vermilion; son, Ken B.  (Judy) Kirby III of Vermilion; sister, Toni Earp of Evansville, IN; and her grandson, Jeffrey Kirby of Elyria.　 She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth B.
