Judy A Proctor

Judy A. Proctor (nee Rogers), 76, of Nova, died Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born March 21, 1940 in Miami, WV, and had been a Nova resident for the past 5 years moving from Vermilion. Judy loved reading, gardening, and spending time with her long time friend, Anita Turner. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Mike) Taylor of Nova and Tina (Mark) Clark of Vermilion; sons, Kenneth Proctor of Lorain and Mark Proctor of Amherst; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Rogers of Cleveland and June Wurts of Flint, MI; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Flash Gordon Proctor in 2010; parents, Charles and Sarah (nee Donahue); son, Charles Proctor; sisters, Maggie Tanner and Lucille Smith; and her brothers, Cebert, Jim, and Carl Rogers.
