Julianna M. Nedro Link

Julianna M. Nedro Link, 43, of Vermilion died Friday, December 26, 2014 at her home after an 8 year illness. Julianna was born Feb. 24, 1971 in Amherst and had lived most of her life in Vermilion. She had also lived in Louisville, OH. She graduated from Vermilion High School in 1989 and from Hocking College with a degree in Outdoor Recreation. Julianna had a passion for horticulture and had worked for Green Thumb Nurseries and Pandy's Nursery. She had also worked as a receptionist for Dr. Chohan and Dr. Mazorow and most recently as a pre-school teacher at the United Church of Christ Congregational, Vermilion. Julianna loved being in the outdoors, jewelry making, beadwork, and especially treasured spending time with her children. She is survived by her son, Elijah; daughters, Abigail and Margaret all at home; mother, Marilla (nee Granata) Nedro of Vermilion; brother, Josh (Chandra) Nedro of Vermilion; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Nedro; paternal grandparents, Jeanne and Lawrence Nedro; and maternal grandparents, Helen and Peter Granata. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014 from 5:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, OH. The Reverend Louis Bertoni will officiate. Inurment will take place at Rugby Cemetery at a later date.
