Lenora Lee Lance

Lenora "Lee" Lance On Friday, Oct 4th, 2013 Lenora peacefully passed away surrounded by her family at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus following a long battle with lung cancer. Lee was born Feb. 14, 1941 in Lorain, Ohio. Lee moved to Vermilion in 1981 and resided there until the time of her death. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Lee was the type of lady that never judged anyone and was always there to give advice, whether you really wanted it or not. She was a collector of cats...whether they were strays, wounded or simply dumped off they always had a home with her. Above all she loved being a Grandma, and what a great Grandmother she was. Lee will be greatly missed by her husband of 32 years, Keith Lance. Her daughter Dawn Waters and husband Raymond Waters. Her grandson Raymond Keith Waters. Her beloved cats Nipper and Smokey. And her brother Leon "Skip" Field and many many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Jenna Sheppard A celebration of life will held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Animal Protective League has been requested by the family.
