Leon F. Wright , Jr

Leon F. Wright, Jr, 48, of Lorain, died Monday, October 3, 2016 at his home. He was born October 13, 1967 in Lorain. Leon spent most of his life living in Lorain, but enjoyed the 6 years he spent living in Colorado. Leon was a veteran of the US Navy and worked as a lead operator for Tubo Scope in Lorain and Pueblo, CO. He enjoyed watching t.v., talking on the phone, and social events. He is survived by his parents, Leon and Wanda (nee Goble) Wright of Vermilion; brother, Robert Wright of Lorain; sisters, Melinda Marti of Berlin Heights and Anita Justice of Lorain; and maternal grandmother, Ada Goble of TX. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Lucille Wright and maternal grandfather, Everett Goble. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The Pastor Gene Collins will officiate.
