Linda Lee Acord

Linda Lee Acord, (nee Black), 60 of Berlin Heights, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Community Health Partners West after sudden illness. She was born February 19, 1949 in Lorain and has been a life long Vermilion resident until this year. She had worked at the Inn at Chapel Creek, the Vermilion High School and Middle School cafeterias and as a bus driver. She enjoyed crocheting, dogs, animals, cooking and her grandson, Justin. She is survived by her grandson, Justin Cramer of Vermilion; sisters: Margie Dellisanti of Norwalk and Norma Jean Riley of Vermilion and brother, Henry Black of Michigan. She preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Acord; a son Lucas Paul Cramer, 2005; sister, Charlotte, and brothers, Gary, Don, Miland, Bernard "Bernie" and Leslie 'Butch" Black ; and her parents, John and Norma (nee Burkett) Black. Friends may call Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 1-5 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Graveside services will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Berlin Heights, Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at 11 a.m. The Reverend David Johnson will officiate.
