Lottie J. Nibert, 88 of Lorain, died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at the Northridge Health Center in North Ridgeville, following a brief illness. She was born March 19, 1919 in Lorain and had been a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker and at one time employed as an inspector for the Western Automatic Company in Lorain. She was also a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed playing bingo, tatting, baking and time spent with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Raymond of N. Ridgeville; 3 grandchildren, Melonie Flanagan of Bratanahl, Brian Raymond of N. Ridgeville and Kevin Raymond of Amherst; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Julia Trebonik and Jean Podboy, both of Lorain and Teena Lepkowski of Amherst; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded-in-death by her husband, Carl William Nibert, parents, Frank and Valerie (nee Jachym) Kuznar, sisters, Stella Tusko and Mary Smigel and brothers, Mike, John, Ben and Joe Kuznar. The family will recieve friends on Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 10:00 am until the time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 2702 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. The Reverend David Novak, parish administrator, will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst. Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 East 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119.
