Louella A. Silvy (nee Lotman ), 79, of Vermilion, died Friday, September 20, 2019 at Cleveland Clinic Foundation after a lengthy illness. She was born May 20, 1940 in Greensburg, PA and had been a Vermilion resident for over 62 years, moving from Greensburg, PA. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street Vermilion Ohio.
