Lynda L. Kaple

Lynda Kaple, wife of Karl Lakstigala, passed away September 18, 2008 from a prolonged battle with lung cancer. She is survived by her three children, Jamison and Meghan of Sheffield Lake, and Dave Kaple of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Lynda was born in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 1948 and relocated to the U.S. in 1994. She enjoyed living here because people were so friendly and helpful. She loved her family deeply which prompted her to fight her disease tooth and nail to maximize her remaining time with them. Lynda also loved being surrounded by her numerous pets. Many an animal was rescued through het innate ability to care for injured creatures so that they may live out their normal lives. She will be sadly missed. A private service for her family members was given by Life Celebrant Matt Humphrey at the Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home in Lorain on Saturday, September 20, 2008.
