Marguerite Theresa Dellefield

Marguerite Theresa Dellefield, 90 of Vermilion, died Friday, November 7, 2003 in Kingston of Vermilion after a year illness. She was born September 30, 1913 in Milan, Ohio. She has been a Vermilion resident for the past 60 years. She worked at Philco in Sandusky until they closed then as a custodian for the Vermilion School system until retirement. She graduated from Amherst High School Class of 1932. She enjoyed farming, gardening, and animals. Survivors include brother, Raymond Dellefield of Vermilion; a sister, Ruth Sliman of Oberlin; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Matilda Boetticher and her parents, George and Elizabeth (nee Pape) Dellefield. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 9, 2003 from 2-5 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Services will be held at the Riddle Funeral Home, Monday, November 10, 2003, at 11 am with the Reverend Louis Bertoni, officiating. Interment will follow in Brownhelm Cemetery.
