Margy Millis

Margy C. Millis (nee Angersbach), 93, of Vermilion, died Monday, January 10, 2022 at Mill Manor Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born December 23, 1928 in Brownhelm Twp., OH and had been a life long Vermilion area resident. Margy worked in the banking industry with Central Bank, Lorain and Erie Co. Bank (Society Bank), Vermilion for over 30 years. She was a member of Grace Untied Methodist Church. She had volunteered with the Food Bank and Lorain Community Hospital. She enjoyed socializing with her friends and family. She is survived by her sons, Dr. Scott Millis of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI and Michael (Dorothy) Millis of Vermilion; grandson, Tim Millis of Vermilion; great grandson, Tristan Millis; sister, Jean Nickols of Little Chute, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Dick" M Millis; parents, Roy R. and Flossie (nee Bechtel) Angersbach; and her sisters, Elizabeth Dawley, Wilma Kreig, and Ruth Will.
