Marilyn I Dennison

Marilyn I. Dennison (nee Shick) 88, of Vermilion, died Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain after a short of illness. Born March 13, 1922 in Lodi, she had lived in Vermilion most of her life and also Hudson, Fl. Marilyn had worked at Burger King, Vermilion and Ron Vic Corp, FL. She was a member of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, Vermilion and had enjoyed sewing, camping and horses. Survivors include her daughter, Freeda Marlene Gawne, Vermilion; step children, Charles, Oregon, OH, Faye Ann, Wellington, Marilyn, Wellington, Peg, LaGrange and Shiela Raye, Branson, Missouri; granchildren, Judith (Robert) Cerreto, Amherst and June Gawne, Vermilion; great grandson, Kenneth (Melissa) Watson, Elyria; and great great grandchildren, Ashely and Brandon Watson of Amherst. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Howard Shick, 1969, and Frieda M. Brinker Shick, 1996, and her husband, Robert G. Dennison, 1980.
