Marilyn B Hardman

Marilyn B. Hardman (nee Bliss), 85, of Vermilion, died Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Mercy Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born August 13, 1929 in Cleveland and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 30 years moving from Strongsville and Berea. Marilyn worked for Ceilcote Co., Berea as a secretary for 23 years. She had been a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post #7576, AMVETS Auxiliary Post #22, and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #397. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading. She is survived by her step-granddaughter, Nikki Hardman Brown of Akron; step-great granddaughter, Teagan Marie Brown; and nephews, Frank C. Silagy, Jr. of Idleyld Park, OR and Thomas Silagy of Broomfield, CO. She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Hardman in 2007; son, Jeffery R. Hardman; parents, Theron M. and Blanche (nee Pickett) Bliss; brother, T.M. "Thomas" Bliss; and a sister, Jeanne Bliss Silagy. Private services will be held.
