Melvin A Bachman

Melvin A Bachman, 65, of Lorain, died Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Lake Pointe Health Center, Lorain after a 2 month illness. Melvin was born January 24, 1948 in Amherst and had been a life long Vermilion resident. He graduated from Vermilion High School and enjoyed riding his bicycle. Melvin had worked for Ford Motor, Lorain and Snell's Fish Cleaning. He is survived by his brothers, LaVern Bachman, Brook Park and Roger Bachman, Lorain; and niece, Lori Ehasz of Brook Park. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Bernice (nee Worcester) Bachman; brothers, Floyd, Clyde and Dale Bachman and sister, Shirley Weinot. Services are private.
