Michael Craig Debolt

Michael Craig Debolt, 60, of Vermilion, died Tuesday, November 9, 2022 at his home after a sudden illness.

He was born March 7, 1962 in Lorain, OH and had been a Vermilion resident for most of his life.

Michael worked for  as a restaurant  manager in the Vermilion area.

He loved music and attending concerts, especially Fleetwood Mac and loved animals. He worked as a dog handler and groomer in Michigan on the dog  show circuit. He loved his family, enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and was a fun and loving uncle.

He is survived by his brother, Donald  Debolt of Vermilion; brother, Randall Debolt of WV, sister, Annette (Wayne) Theobald of Delta, Utah: sister, Cheryl (James) Oh of Chardon, OH; sister, Darla (Randy)  Skinner of Norwalk; and several nieces, nephews, and his beloved pets.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hughey Leo and Mary (Sine) Debolt.

Private services will be held at a later date.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Erie County Humane Society, 1911 Superior St, Sandusky, OH 44870.
