Michael Eddy

Michael Eddy, 63, of Lorain, died Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Regency Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born July 27, 1962 in Lorain, and had been a Lorain resident for the many years moving from Vermilion.

Michael enjoyed fishing with his dad and brother, and time spent with his family.

Michael is survived by his mother, Nancy Abel of Vermilion, sister, Linda Eddy, cousins, Chuckie Abel, Doug Abel, Billy Cupp, and David Abel, Jr., and his uncle, David Abel.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Eddy, Sr., brothers, Donald Elisha Eddy, Jr. and James Patrick Eddy, and his aunt, Barb Abel.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
