Myron G. Mcclain

Myron G. McClain, 62, of Vermilion, passed away August 13, 2011, after a short illness. Myron was born June 8, 1949 in Lorain, Ohio and has been a life-long Vermilion resident. He was a self-employed Handyman. He enjoyed riding his bicycle, and he loved God. He is survived by his son, Mark (Tara) McClain of Sunbury, Ohio; a daughter, Tammy McClain of Sandusky; granddaughters, Jonicee & Cheyenne; grandsons, Jahseri, Jonathon, Jeremy, Micah and Dakota; sisters, Marion Gulett of Vermilion, Sandy Epling of Vermilion, and Bonnie (Bob) Melvin of PA. He was preceded in death by a son, David; a brother, David; and his parents, Homer and Lydia (Jackson) McClain. The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church, 6716 West River Rd., Vermilion on Friday, August 19, 2011 from 11am-1pm. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1pm. Reverend Donald Resecker will officiate.
